Precedentemente noto come Vaghe Stelle, Daniele Mana è compositore e produttore di musica elettronica. Nel 2011 ha esordito nel clubbing come membro degli One Circle con Lorenzo Senni e Francesco Fantini, anno in cui inizia anche la collaborazione con Max Casacci, chitarrista dei Subsonica, con il quale ha fondato il duo MCDM. Con MCDM ha realizzato l’album Glasstress, presentato alla 54a Biennale di Venezia in occasione dell’inaugurazione dell’omonima mostra e in seguito pubblicato da Bad Panda. Nel 2016 e nel 2017 il duo ha collaborato con il sassofonista Emanuele Cisi alla realizzazione dell’album electro-jazz The City. Il suo album del 2019 Seven Steps Behind è stato pubblicato dalla leggendaria etichetta londinese Hyperdub. Hanno scritto di lui “Rolling Stones”, “Rockol”, “Musica Jazz” e altre importanti riviste musicali italiane e internazionali.

Formerly known as Vaghe Stelle, Daniele Mana is a composer and producer of electronic music. In 2011, he made his clubbing debut as a member of the One Circle with Lorenzo Senni and Francesco Fantini, when he also began his collaboration with Max Casacci, guitarist of Subsonica, with whom he founded the duo MCDM. With MCDM, he released the album Glasstress, presented at the 54th Venice Biennale at the opening of the exhibition of the same name and then published by Bad Panda. In 2016 and 2017, the duo collaborated with saxophonist Emanuele Cisi on the electro-jazz album The City. His album, Seven Steps Behind, was released in 2019 by the legendary London label Hyperdub. “Rolling Stones”, “Rockol”, “Jazz Music” and other important Italian and international music magazines have written about him.
